Our Story

Right after high school let out, Senior summer began. The majority of our classmates went out in search of jobs.
A few students were lucky enough to land Internships at companies we dreamed of working for. As for the rest of our graduating class, we were forced
to filter through the few jobs that were left over. And a few of us never got work at all.
After working for fast food, and every other trade under the sun, my fiance Stefanie Fox and I decided it was time to start creating the jobs instead of finding them. Thus in March 2010,
Hometown Chocolates was brought into existence.
Since then we have registered a website for information about our company and online ordering.
We have also signed on 12 local companies willing to sell our chocolates including: Cafe 1320, New Work City Foundation, Salon Milano, Healthwise Chiropractic, and Ann Rene Design Studio, Mohler Lumber, Mama Guzzardis, Bill & Mary's Diner, Chicken Manor, Eriks Grocery bag, Cheese & Crackers Deli, and Susanna's olde fashioned dining. All of the above companies now make multiple donations to local charities through the sale of our chocolates.
In a nut shell Hometown Chocolates is revolutionizing the way we think of chocolates. By being in every retail store in North Canton no one person should have to go out of their way to find us. And by donating a portion of our proceeds to local business and charities we can ensure the growth of our business along side the growth of our community and our town. We like to think it makes people happy when they can have their chocolate and peace of mind too.
